Employee Checklist Perspective

How do employees access a checklist? 

After a checklist is assigned to an employee or manager to complete, they access the checklist from either there To Do Items or under the My HR menu path. Review each option below.


To Do Items 

Employees access their To Do Items (My Mailbox). Any assigned checklist appears on the My Checklists tab. Employees select Open Checklist to access the checklist tasks. 



 


Menu Path 

Employees navigate to Menu > My Info > My HR > Checklists. Any assigned checklist appears on the Checklists screen. Employees select the hyperlink option on any checklist to access the checklist tasks. 


 


 

How do employees complete the tasks? 

After accessing the checklist, employees see the Employee To-Dos on the left panelEach title is a hyperlink to that taskAs they select each task, the right panel displays the task item to completeEmployees mark items as complete as they move through the checklist.
