The Employee Training/Certifications Page
The Training/Certifications dashboard lists all training you as an employee, have completed or are in the process of completing. This includes courses, as well as certifications you have received. Data in this section typically is read only.
Modify My Trainings and Certifications
If granted security permissions by the company, you as an employee may access and modify training information such as completion date, grade, or school.
Navigation: Menu > Info > My Career > Training/Certifications
- From the Training/Certifications page, choose the needed Training/Certification Name and in the Actions column, select the ellipsis icon.
- Select View Training.
- To add a Completion Date, School, or Grade, select Add History.
- Enter applicable information.
- Select Add.
- To add comments, select the Notes icon.
To attach supporting documents, select the Supporting Documents icon.
Examples of supporting documents might be a driver's license, certificate of completion, or program card.
