What is a Custom Form

Custom forms: 

  1. Allow electronic forms to be created and completed by employees and submitted subsequently.  
  2. Are stored within an employee record. 
  3. Optionally utilizes workflows for approvals such as manager signatures. 
  4. Are generated for either employees or applicants. 

What does a custom form look like in the application? 

What an end user (employee or applicant) sees for a custom form is quite different than what an Administrator sees when configuring a form.

Administrators see the configuration screen along with the field settings for each area that needs to be completed on the form

Employee View 

Employees see a preview of the form. They then complete the applicable fields needed
