The Manager and Max Blackburn both received an email alert that the employee changed from Active to LOA status. Notifications are sent to the individual's email address on file and appear in their My Mailbox icon, under My Notifications. Select the + next to the Notifications area in the image below to see the configured notification for this manager.

The notifications available to your company depend on the modules/features in each module that your company is using.  HR Notifications are organized into Groups.  Some examples of the groupings (or categories) are:

  1. ACCOUNT – Contains notifications related to User Accounts, such as password expiration, anniversary dates, etc.
  2. ACCOUNT (PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT) – Contains performance goal reminders.
  3. ACCOUNT (PERFORMANCE REVIEW) – Contains notifications for the multiple phases of the performance review process. (These notifications will only display if Performance Management has been enabled in the company.)
  4. APPLICANT TRACKING – Contains notifications for when an applicant applies for a job, opens an account, has a custom form assigned, or resets a password.
  5. BENEFITS – Contains notifications for when benefit changes have been approved/rejected/submitted, as well as notifications for end dates regarding benefit/dependent benefit, and open enrollment ends.
  6. CHECKLIST ITEM REQUEST – Contains a Workflow notification.
  7. CUSTOM FORM – Contains a notification for when an employee custom form has been created.
  8. HR – Contains notifications for when announcements or events are created.
