| What is the All-HR Action Requests Report? | |
Navigation: Team > HR > Reports > Employee Maintenance > All HR Action Requests |
| This report displays All HR Action Requests. There are columns to identify the name of the HR Action, the status of a workflow (if applicable), and the employee. |
| Use the All-HR Action Request Report to identify which HR Actions an employee submits. If an employee asks why an item has not been updated yet, use this report to verify the workflow status. | |
What is the Review Changes Report? Navigation: My To Do Items |
| This report is found within the approver's To Do Item to either Approve or Reject an HR Action Request. An icon labeled Review Changes allows the approver to see what field is being changed. Approvers view the Current and New information for fields in the HR Action Request. |
| Use the Review Changes page prior to approving an HR Action Request. The pages provide an audit trail of the changes requested. |
