Log In and Out

Accessing the solution requires users to log in and out.

Users must enter in their assigned username and password to log in. During the log in process, you may also be prompted to configure and verify Virtual Code Settings in addition to your username and password. When walking away from your device, always Log Out to preventing future unauthorized access.

These instructions are for logging into the application directly. If you use your company's single sign on process, refer to your company administrator for additional instructions.

Navigation: Login Page

From the Login page, at the Username field, enter your username.
At the Password field, enter your password.
Select Login.

Configure Virtual Code Settings

The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change your password and configure your Virtual Code Settings. This will setup a second way for the system to validate your identity.

From the Login page, after entering your username and password, click the Login button.
The Change Password window will appear.
From the Change Password window, in the Old Password field, enter the old/or temporary password.
At the New Password field enter a new password or passphrase. Your password/passphrase must be at least 15 characters in length.
At the Confirm New Password field enter your new password again.
Select Change.
The Change Virtual Code Settings window appears.
From the Change Virtual Code Settings window, fill in at least one of the three fields indicating how you would prefer to receive the authentication code.
1. Text Message #
2. Voice Phone #
3. Email Address
Select Save to complete the initial login process.

When logging into a company with Two-Factor Authentication, you are prompted to enter a six-digit code after your username and password.

From the Login page, at the Username field, enter your username.
At the Password field, enter your password.
Select Login.
The Change Virtual Code Authentication window appears.
Select one of the three methods to authenticate your identity.
Select Send (via method).
An Info Message appears, verifying the code was sent successfully.
Retrieve the code via the chose method.
The code is active for 15 minutes from the time it is generated. If you select Send (via method) multiple times, only the most recently generated code is active.
At the Code field, enter the authentication code.
(Optional) Check the Remember Verification Code box.
If the application should remember the code for the computer and browser used to log in. If you do not log into the device at least once in the previous 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks), the system will require a new verification code.
Select Continue to log in.

Log Out

For security, it is best practice to log out when you are done using the solution.

Navigation: Any Solution Page

From the current page, select the Global Navigation Menu icon.
Select the user profile icon and select Sign Out.
