While logging in, you may be prompted to enter a six-digit code after entering your username and password. To receive the code, you must choose a phone number or email method.
Change Virtual Code Settings
If contact information changes impact the intended options for Virtual Code Authentication, the Virtual Code Settings must be updated. Follow the steps to change the established Virtual Code Authentication settings.
Navigation: Menu > My Info > My Profile > Change Virtual Code Settings
- From the Change Virtual Code Settings page, at the Password field, enter your system password.
- At the Text Message #, Voice Phone #, or Email fields, enter the applicable changes.
Select Change Virtual Code Settings Information to process the changes.
Note: An administrator or manager may need to approve your changes before they take effect.
