Some users require a reset of their Google Authenticator code. This is common when a user receives a new phone or device.
Reset Google Authenticator
To reset your Google Authenticator, contact your Carrier Connections/EDI support representative to reset your account.
Navigation: Admin > HR Setup > Everything Benefits > Open Everything Benefits
- Login to the system and select the menu.
- Select Me and then Security.
- Select Manage Two Factor Authentication.
- Select Generate Code to display a long key, or a scannable barcode.
- Inside of the Google Authenticator App, select the + sign.
- Select Scan a Barcode or enter a provided key.
- Once the Google Authenticator is loaded, enter the six-digit code inside of the portal to confirm the setup.
