Google Authenticator Reset

Some users require a reset of their Google Authenticator code. This is common when a user receives a new phone or device. 

 

Reset Google Authenticator 

To reset your Google Authenticator, contact your Carrier Connections/EDI support representative to reset your account. 

 

Navigation: Admin > HR Setup > Everything Benefits > Open Everything Benefits 

  1. Login to the system and select the menu. 
  2. Select Me and then Security 
  3. Select Manage Two Factor Authentication. 
  4. Select Generate Code to display a long key, or a scannable barcode.  
  5. Inside of the Google Authenticator App, select the + sign.
  6. Select Scan a Barcode or enter a provided key.  
  7. Once the Google Authenticator is loaded, enter the six-digit code inside of the portal to confirm the setup.
