Termination Details

Your company sets what information is collected and required as part of an employee's termination.   Thus, what fields display on the termination screen are customizable for your specific company needs. 


This information is set up under Admin > Global Setup > Company Setup > HR Tab.

Termination screen 

Once configured, the termination details appear to managers who complete the termination of an employee.  Fields required are marked with a *. 


 


You need to consider:  

  1. What information does your company need to gather during a termination? 
  2. Do you want to require a manager to complete particular fields?
