| Below are questions to think about for your company in regard to application needs.
Here are some information on configuration within the Applicant Portal. Do applicants need to sign the application? - A field for applicant signature can be enabled, and required, if needed, on the My Summary tab. What are the sections to your application? - There are default tabs of Personal Information, Resume, Education, Professional References. All tab names are customizable. Tabs may be deleted if not part of your company application. Are there certain pieces of information your company must gather from applicants? - If your company requires fields such as personal email address, or cell phone, fields may be marked as required. Applicants must complete before moving on and applying for the position.
Are there company specific questions you ask on your application? - Company specific fields may be added to most of the tabs in configuration.
Are there fields your company does not want on the application? - Pre-defined fields can be disabled if not used for your company. As an example, if your company does not need applicants to enter GPA in education, this field is un-enabled. It will not appear in the online application. |
