The Recruitment Tile 

The Recruitment Tile, added to the Home page, allows for applicant tracking by recruiters at a glance. There are links to drill down into further details on requisitions. 
 

Select each + marker below for more information on the tile sections. 



 

 

  1. Open Requisitions Number – Selecting the number below Open Requisitions takes you to requisition data. It provides a direct link to the Job Requisition page. Data on number of applicants, workflow status if applicable, and visibility type for requisitions is available.
  2. Application Status Number – Selecting one of these numbers links you directly to the job applications page. Here you can see the applicants displaying that job application hiring stage.

 

 

Recruiting Pages  

Most pages within Recruiting allow for sorting, filtering, and reporting. Review the pages below to uncover the information available at your fingertips. 


Applicant Page 

The Applicant Page has columns such as hiring stage, email, number of jobs applied to, and phone numbers. Consider grouping this page by Applicant Hiring Stage for recruiting analysis. 

 

 


Applicant Interviews Page 

This page displays pertinent details pertaining to interviews such as participants, date, comments, and applicant email addresses. Use this page to help drill down on interview comments that recruiters or managers may note. 


 

 


Job Applications Page 

This reportable page provides data on the applicants as it pertains to specific job postings. Columns such as job title, job category, and location can help analyze job details. Group this page by Job Title for easy access to applications submitted for a particular posting.
