Reporting Screens

Reporting screens display information and data organized into rows and columns that you can filter, group, or organize based on your needs and requirements. Select each + marker in the image below to learn more about standard report screen functionality. 



 


  1. Show Menu – Opens and collapses the menu. 
  2. Back Button – Use the back button to return to the previous page. 
  3. Menu Group – Displays where you are on the menu. 
  4. Function Buttons – These buttons offer additional report functionality but vary by report. 
  5. Page/Row - This display shows the number of pages and rows of data in your report. 
  6. Report View – This area lists which view of the report is currently displayed. 
  7. Filters – Add or delete global or column filters.
  1. Mode – Change the mode to display data only, charts only, or charts & data.

  1. Actions – The actions icon offers additional report functionality including save as, manage views, add, or delete columns, and more.
