HR Tracking Features

The HR Solution allows for tracking of many employees related itemsItems include: 

  1. Assets - Track company property such as cell phones or laptops.  
  2. Vehicles - Track company carsCar maintenance and insurance information may also be maintained here. 
  3. Courses and Certifications - Track the courses employees have completed along with their certifications.  
  4. Credentials - Keep track of employee licenses or passports.  
  5. Education - Keep historical and current information on what education (high school, college, post-collegiate) employees have completed.  
  6. Inventory Profiles - Create an excel type worksheet to track any company needed information for each employeeItems could be medical vaccines or recognition awards. 


Once configured, these tracking features are associated with employee accounts in the employee information screen on the HR tab. Historical information is stored for easy access by employees.

Benefits of HR Tracking Features 

The benefits of using these tracking mechanisms are listed belowSelect each flip card to view the benefits. 

  1. Benefit #1: Expiration dates are tracked for applicable features.
  2. Benefit #2: Notifications or generated emails based on features are sent to employees or managers for review. Items such as upcoming expiration dates or missing documents can be customized to be sent to applicable individuals at specified times. 
  3. Benefit #3: History of information is maintained in individual employee records. 
  4. Benefit #4: There are easy reporting capabilities for the individual tracking features screens.
