Cascade Goals

The Cascade Goals feature allows a manager to easily copy and link a goal down to their employees.

Cascade Goal uses the concept of copy but also links the associated goals together so they can be seen as impacting each other. Cascading can only happen if you have subordinate employees and if the goal is classified as a public goal.

Cascade a Public Performance Goal

Managers can easily cascade a public goal to their employees.

Navigation: Menu > Team > Talent > Performance > Performance Development

Select View Goal for the goal you would like to cascade.
Select Cascade Goal.
Select the employees to cascade the goal to. Select Apply.
Select View Goal Tree to see a visual of how the goal is cascaded.
At the View Goal Tree page, select the ellipsis for additional options.
1. Remove Linked Goals: Removes the goal from the employee record.
2. Cascade Goals: Allows a manager to select additional employees for cascading of the goal.
3. Notes: Navigates to the Notes window for the goal.
4. Review Audit: Navigates to the Audit window for the goal.
