Employees can view and complete performance reviews, review progress on goals, and view feedback. Completed performance reviews are available in the solution for employees to review.
Navigation: Menu > My Info > My Career > Performance > Performance Reviews
- From the Performance Reviews page, select the View Performance Review icon for the applicable performance review to view details and review information.
The My Performance Review page appears.
- Select the Entry tab to review the information for the selected performance review.
- Select the Summary tab to view a summary of the review results.
Note: Select Download to save and print a copy of the performance review.
