Add Rate Tables to Employee Accounts

Rate Table Assignments 

The Rate Tables that are assigned to employees are listed in the Base Compensation widget of the Employee Profile. Additionally, Default Rate Tables can be assigned to employees as Global or Personal Rate Tables based on the settings in the Account Rate Tables widget. 

 


Default Rate Table 


Company Config tab under Company Settings > Global Setup > Company Setup > Account Rate Table 

 


 







Several options for the default rate table can be specified here, including whether the rate table is a shared rate table or a personal rate table.

 

Base Compensation Widget 



 





The rate tables that are assigned to employees are listed in the Base Compensation widget of the Employee Profile. The Manage Personal Rate Table hyperlink allows Personal Rate Table changes and Extension assignments. For Rates not tied to Base Compensation, the Browse icon can be used to assign the Rate Table as shown in this Rate Table 2 example. 

 

Mass Edit Rates 

Rates may be mass edited from Admin > Mass Edit > Mass Edit Rates. 

 

 

  1. Utilities - Provides options to Mass Edit Rate Table Extensions, Personal Rate Tabled, and Auto Create Cost Center Lists for the selected employees. 
  2. View/Edit Personal Rate Table – Icon allows users to view and edit the personal rate table for that employee.
