Form W2
You can access your year-end form W2 and manage electronic consent on the W2 page. Access to TurboTax is available if your company has the TurboTax W2 Integration Marketplace Product.
Access Your Form W2
From the W2s page, you can download your Forms W2s and manage electronic consent.
Navigation: Menu > My Info tab > My Pay > Forms > W2
- From the W2 page, select the Preview W2 icon for the applicable year. The Form Preview window appears.
- (Optional) Select Download PDF, then follow your browser’s prompt to save the file.
Note: If available, the TurboTax button redirects you to the TurboTax website. If purchased, your Form W2 is automatically imported.Change Your Electronic Consent
If available at your organization, you can agree to receive your Form W2 electronically.
Navigation: Menu > My Info tab > My Pay > Forms > W2
- From the W2 page, select Electronic Consent. The Electronic Consent window appears.
- Select the Receive Form W2 Electronically box, then select Save. The Electronic Consent Confirm window appears.
- At the Password field, enter your password, then select Confirm. The confirmation window appears.
- Select OK.
