This article describes how to approve the I-9 form. I-9s are submitted by employees for verification. Administrators must approve the I-9, The I-9 does not follow a workflow process.
Approve an Employee I-9 Form
Navigation: Team > HR > Form > Government Forms > I-9s
- Select the employee to approve their form.
- Select View.
- Scroll to Section Two.
- Enter verified documents.
- Enter your Title (job position) in the appropriate field.
- Select Save and Verify.
- Enter date of employment for employee.
- Enter password.
- Select I agree.


Important: A global Notification may be configured to notify Administrators there are IA9 forms to be approved.
Navigate to Admin > Global Setup > Notifications. Select I9 Submitted and configure as needed.
