My Form 1099

Form 1099 is a collection of tax forms documenting different payment types made by a business that typically is not your employer. Depending on your company’s configuration, you may access your 1099 forms in different ways

View and Download Your 1099 Forms

Form 1099 can be accessed through the My HR menu or the My Pay menu. Security permission is required.

Navigation:

Menu > My Info > My Pay > Forms > select applicable form
Menu > My Info > My HR > Forms > Government Forms > select applicable form

From the 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC page, select the Preview icon to view an individual Form 1099.
(Optional) In the Form Preview window, select Download PDF.
Follow your browser’s prompts to save the PDF file.
In the Form Preview window, select Close.
