After an employee is assigned to a survey, they access and complete the survey via one of three ways.
- My To Do Items
Employees access My To Do Items by selecting the My Mailbox icon, or the Bell icon. From the My To Do Items list, select Submit Survey Questionnaire, and then Take Survey, which initiates the survey.
My Info Menu
Employees access a survey by navigating to Menu > My Info > My HR > Surveys. Employees select the hyperlinked survey name, which initiates the survey.
Email Notification
If a company configures the Survey Assigned Notification, an employee receives an email informing them they are assigned to a survey and need to complete it. Within the notification configuration, there is a Survey Complete Link tag used in the email message. This tag provides employees with a direct link to complete the survey from the email.
Employees may only participate in a survey during the specified period. Once the survey reaches the defined End Date, employees cannot access the survey.
