What are Employee Surveys?

The Employee Surveys provide the option to send survey questions to your employees. Questions may be either open ended or selection format. Surveying employees on varying topics helps the company improve employee engagement and strengthen overall business performance.

Why conduct employee surveys?

  1. To help clarify what employees think about a company's process, ethics, or mission.
  2. To provide a boost to employee engagement by allowing workers to be heard.
  3. To give the company an opportunity to spot problems quickly and efficiently.
  4. To supply a company with a mechanism to gather information quickly.
  5. To enable an anonymous platform for employee voices.

What are examples of employee surveys?

Engagement survey; This type of survey aims at gathering information on employee commitment to a company or passion for work.

Culture survey: This survey is a frequent touch base point asking employees how they feel the company is doing. An example of this type of survey is a pulse survey.

Satisfaction survey; This type of survey includes questions related to manager effectiveness or job satisfaction.

Think about why a company may need to survey employees.

What does an employee survey look like for an employee within the HR solution?

Employees access surveys in one of three ways:
  1. To Do item
  2. My Info menu
  3. Email notifications.
The survey itself is easy to understand and simple to submit.
