Survey results are viewed in three different reports. Review each report below for key details.
Results can be viewed only after a survey has ended. Survey Results
Navigation: Menu > Admin > HR Setup > Surveys
This page details each question and how many survey participants answered or skipped the question.
- From the Surveys page, select the View Survey Results icon for the survey you want to view.
- Select the View Detailed Answers icon to view the answers report for the specific question.
- Select Export if needed.
Survey Answers
Navigation: Menu > Team > HR > Surveys > Survey Answers
This page displays all completed survey responses. It can be filtered to narrow down criteria to view.
Survey Answers Statistics
Navigation: Menu > Team > HR > Surveys > Survey Answers Statistics
Using the global filter selection, a specific survey may be analyzed and questions with participant answers viewed. This page also displays statistics by additional filters such as gender or cost center. Responses are for both single input and radio group questions.
