Send an Offer Letter to an Applicant

 

Send an Offer Letter  

Once the offer letter is generated through the submit button (and approved if applicable), it is available to send to the applicant. 


 

Menu > Team > Recruitment > Offer Letters 

 


There are three options to choose for a generated offer letter. Review each option below.

 

  1. Download Offer  

    Download Offer creates a PDF file of the offer letter. The PDF can be sent to the candidate using the company's preferred method of delivery. 


  1. Assign Offer 

    Assign Offer assigns the offer to the applicant directly. After assignment, options to Download Offer or Email Offer still appear. If assigned directly, applicants access the portal to view and accept the offer.  

Note: A global notification, titled Offer Letter Assigned, can be configured to be sent to applicants each time Assign Offer is utilized. Applicants are notified that an offer letter is on the Applicant Portal for them to view.


  1. Email Offer 

    Email offer creates a communication window to send the offer to the applicant electronically. The PDF offer letter is attached to the email with this option.  

Note: A communication template can be utilized for email messages, or the email fields can be completed individually.

 


 

Once an applicant has viewed, accepted, or rejected the sent offer letter, the company can continue with its normal hiring process.
