Communication Templates Email templates are created to help automate responses to applicants. Examples are:
Templates are chosen during the recruitment process and sent as emails to applicants. A history of email communications is stored in an applicant's record. |

| Notifications There are numerous notifications that may be configured. These alert Recruiters or Hiring Managers or those involved in hiring, about tasks completed or items updated in Recruiting. |

| Applicant Applied for a Job Here is an example of a notification. This notification sends an alert to the Head Recruiter when applicants apply for a position. The email message and recipients are configurable. |
| Interviews In the applicant record, on the Communications tab, there is an interview section where interviews performed for the applicant are tracked. Your company can email applicants, and other employees within your company, to attend the interview. Once the email is sent, a history of the communication is maintained on the tab of the applicant record. |

| Hiring Stages Updates Hiring stages are defined by your company process. There are 10 default statuses that may be modified as needed. Select each + marker for more information on updating hiring stages. |

| Hiring Applicants are hired as employees directly within Recruiting. If the individual has multiple job applications, you choose which job requisition the applicant is being hired to fill.
Hire The HIRE option appears on any of the tabs within the applicant record. ![]() Hire this Applicant A window appears where you select which application you are hiring the applicant for. All applicant profile information (name, address, phone number, etc.) transfers into the employee record seamlessly and easily. You save time onboarding new employees. ![]() |
