Mass Edit Employee Information

Mass Edit Employee Fields 

General profile record fields may be edited on multiple employee accounts at the same time. Only fields that contain values or that have the Clear box selected will be updated when selecting Apply Changes. 


Navigation: Menu > Admin > Mass Edit > Mass Edit Profiles 

  1. From the Mass Edit Profiles page, select the box next to the applicable employees to edit, and then select Mass Edit.\ 
  2. From the Mass Edit Employees' Settings page, edit the fields as applicable. 

    Note: During the mass editing process, you can select to either change, add or delete field values on the selected employees' records.

  3. Select Apply Change. 

    Warning window appears. 

  4. Select OK. 

    A success message will appear noting the number of accounts processed.
