Post Job Requisitions to Indeed 

This article covers how to post any newly created job requisitions automatically or manually to the Indeed Job Board. Your company must have Indeed configured within the Recruiting module. 


Automatic Indeed Posts 

Navigation: Team > Recruitment > Job Requisitions 

  1. Select Add New to create a new Job Requisition. 
  2. Under Job Details, select the job type of Internal & External, Internal, or External. Note: If creating an Internal only Job Type, use a future date for the Date To Post Externally selection.  
  3. Enter all applicable and required fields: Job Title, Description, and Primary Contact Name and Email.
  4. Select Save. 

The requisition is automatically posted. 


Repost an existing Job Requisition to Indeed (Using Save)  

Navigation: Team > Recruitment > Job Requisitions 

  1. Select View Job Requisition to access the job requisition. 
  2. Make any necessary updates to the job requisition.  
  3. Select Save. 

The job requisition automatically reposts to the Indeed Job Board. 


 

 

 


 

Repost an existing Job Requisition to Indeed (Using the Job Board Hyperlink) 

Navigation: Team > Recruitment > Job Requisitions 

  1. Select View Job Requisition to access the job requisition.  
  2. Select the Job Board widget on the left menu panel.
  3. Select Post on Job Boards. 
  4. Select the Indeed checkbox and Select Post. 
  5. Enter your password and Select Yes 

The job requisition automatically reposts to the Indeed Job Board. 


 

 



Important: To delete individual job requisitions from Indeed: Select Unpost from Job Boards under the job board widget in the job requisition.
