Additional optional Recruiting features include:
These features may be integrated or turned on for your company to utilize with Recruiting, based on your company needs. Today, we focus on what these features are and items for you to consider. Note: Integration features may vary by international or regional markets. Please be sure to check with your Contact to verify availability. Indeed Recruiting may be partnered with Indeed, one of the world's most popular job sites. When integrated, your job requisitions are automatically and instantaneously posted on Indeed. When deciding to utilize this integration, there are a few items your company needs to consider. Select each topic below for considerations of each. Opt In vs Opt Out The default configuration in Recruiting is to Opt In with Indeed. This allows applicants on the Indeed site to use the Apply Now option. This lets users apply to job postings using their Indeed profile/resume and uses the Indeed easily apply step process. In Recruiting, your company may be set to Opt Out. This still allows for postings to route to Indeed. Applicants use the Apply on Company Site option. This redirects applicants to the job search page where they complete the Applicant Profile Setup (application) configured in Recruiting. Job Requisition Approval All job requisitions, once active, flow immediately to Indeed. If a delay for your company is needed, consider setting up a job requisition workflow. Job requisitions will not flow to Indeed until after they are approved by the designated individual assigned in your company Evergreen Job Postings Indeed, it does not allow for Evergreen job requisitions. Indeed, allows for job postings to remain active for up to 120 days (about 4 months). If a longer timeframe is needed, you will need to create a new job requisition in Recruiting. Specific Applicant Questions If using Opt In, create job specific items or questions for applicants to answer using the job requisition questionnaire functionality of Recruiting. These questions flow to Indeed. Applicant Custom fields in Recruiting do not integrate with Indeed. Unposting of Jobs ALL job requisitions flow automatically to Indeed. You do not have the capability to select only certain ones. You do have the ability to unpost individual job requisitions from the Job Board, however. | |

| EQuest eQuest allows you to post your job requisitions created in Recruiting to other job boards. Consider which job boards you would like postings to appear on. There are two versions on eQuest; both of which must be activated and configured. Select the tabs below for additional information on each. EQUEST ADVANTAGE eQuest Advantage is a cloud-based service that can be used to post job requisitions to a network that includes over 8000 free careers and diverse sites. There is no cost to post a job to the eQuest Advantage Network. The post will include a tracking link and URL, so when candidates apply for the job, they will automatically be redirected to your applicant log in portal. There may be other restrictions to consider with this option. EQUEST PREMIUM eQuest Premium is a cloud-based service that can be used to post job requisitions to paid job-site boards using a portal. This product differs from eQuest Advantage, in that this premium product will incur fees to post your job requisitions to major job boards. eQuest Premium provides special credentials that will allow you to verify your connection, sign-in and manage your job postings directly through the eQuest portal. You request the job boards for which you wish to post your job requisitions. Tools are provided within Recruiting to help you successfully post your job requisition to eQuest and allow you to view the status of each posting. |
