Attestation Reports

Attestation can be used to meet a variety of needs. These needs may be met using Attestation prompt types, such as:

End of Shift: Workflow is triggered by the employee punching out within a certain time related to the end of their scheduled shift (this setting requires a schedule).
Submit Timesheet: Workflow is triggered by the employee submitting their timesheet at the end of a pay period.
Custom Punch: Workflow is triggered by the employee using a designated "Extra Button," or a button configured separately from the standard Clock In and Clock Out buttons.
Punch In or Punch Out: Workflow is triggered by the employee punching in or punching out, regardless of a scheduled shift.

There are several Attestation reports that may be referenced by administrators. Take a moment to review each type of report.

Attestation Workflow Audit Report

The Attestation Workflow Audit Report gives information about the workflow assigned to the employee. It also allows the user to view workflow and workflow steps.

When is it used?
This report is useful when troubleshooting problems with an Attestation workflow. It is also helpful when determining which workflows are assigned to employees.

Attestation Questions Audit Report

The Attestation Questions Audit Report provides detailed employee responses to the questions asked and answered. The user can view the assigned workflow, the Attestation Profile Prompt Setting, the names of the Attestation Question Steps, the individual questions, and employee responses.

When is it used?
This report is useful when reviewing employee responses to all Attestation Questions or specific Attestation Questions. This can be especially helpful when troubleshooting problems with an Attestation Profile or workflow.

Questions and Answers

This report displays detailed employee responses to Attestation prompts. Data columns show the type of workflow in use, the question details, the employee response, and completion status of the prompts.

When is it used?
This report is useful when researching employee responses to questions asked in the workflow, since it compiles this information all in one place.

Daily Attestation Summary

This report shows a summarized view of employee responses to punch-related Attestation prompts, such as End of Shift. Data columns show the number of prompts answered, whether they were affirmative or negative, and the percentages associated with those responses. It also shows the number of unanswered To Do Items.

When is it used?
This report is useful when obtaining a high-level understanding of which employees answered their punch-related Attestation prompts, which employees have pending punch-related Attestation prompts to answer, and how employees answer their punch-related Attestation prompts.

Timesheet Attestation Summary

This report shows a summarized view of employee responses to the Submit Timesheet Attestation prompts. Data columns show the number of prompts answered, whether they were affirmative or negative, and the percentages associated with those responses. It also shows the number of unanswered To Do Items.

When is it used?
This report is useful when obtaining a high-level understanding of which employees answered their Submit Timesheet Attestation prompts, which employees have pending Submit Timesheet Attestation prompts to answer, and how employees answer their Submit Timesheet Attestation prompts.
