Add Custom Punch to InTouch

Companies using InTouch and InTouch DX clocks can configure custom punch options within the application.

Step 1

To configure a custom button, navigate to the InTouch clock's Terminal by going to Admin > System > InTouch Installations. Select the Edit Middleware Information icon.

Step 2

Select Terminal.

Step 3

Choose an available Soft Key. Under Type, select Smart Punch. Fill out the other fields, as needed. A single Smart Punch will trigger both the In and Out workflows based on the configurations set.

Select Save to lock in the changes.

If you want to use the Custom Punch Workflow exclusively, ensure that Enable Custom Punch Attestation is enabled.
