View Knockout Applicants on Reports

Recruiters or Company Administrators view knocked out applicants on reports within Recruiting.

The color selections setup in the configuration widget display and flag applicants to those viewing the reports.

	Study each topic to learn what the report is and where the knockout applicants appear. Job Application Report The Job Applications Report is found in Menu > Team > Recruitment > Candidates > Job Applications. As applicants apply for different job postings, they are viewed under this option. Any applicant answering a knockout question with a marginal or knockout answer displays with the appropriate color set up in configuration. The colors are on the far left of the report. They are small lines. In this example, yellow is a marginal applicant and red is a knockout applicant. Select the image to enlarge and view the colors area.
	Recruitment Questionnaire Report The Recruitment Questionnaire Report is found in Menu > Team > Recruitment > Candidates > Recruitment Questionnaire Answers. This area displays a report of questionnaire answers from applicants. Any applicant answering a knockout question with a marginal or knockout answer displays with the appropriate color set up in configuration. The colors are on the far left of the report. They are small lines. This report also displays colored icons in the answer column. In this example, yellow is a marginal applicant answer and red is a knockout applicant answer. 	Applicant Record The Applicant Record is found in Menu > Team > Recruitment > Candidates > Applicants Color coding is viewed on the Applications tab within an applicant record. Any applicant answering a knockout question with a marginal or knockout answer displays with the appropriate color set up in configuration. The colors are on the far left of the report. Remember applicants are only flagged with the color coding. It is up to the company to decide if that individual continues in the recruiting process.
